Corrected 2026-08-18: this panel previously said >200 dev/test = 100% breach rate and <15 = 0%. Neither number was computed. Exactly two comparators were ever structurally scanned (Medtronic 239, Stryker 315); both breached, but Stryker was flagged five days after its breach, so there is one prospective call, not a rate. Nothing scanned has ever sat below 15, so the “safe band” carries no evidence at all — the old 0% was computed over eleven companies we never scanned, every one of which breached.
